Rosalind Gladstone –
violoncello (continued)
She led the
Chamber Orchestra during her final year at
TCM, as well as playing regularly with the College's
Symphony Orchestra
and Contemporary Music Group.
Her work as a freelance Orchestral player takes her to
various parts of the country, including Cornwall where she
was recently part of the cello section under the baton of
Richard Hickox at the St Endellion Summer Festival.
She was also asked to take part in the Chamber Music
concert series at the St Endellion Festival and performed
in Shostakovich’s string Quartet No. 8 as well as his String
Octet. Rosalind has extensive experience of playing with
professional String Quartets for all kinds of functions,
from weddings to corporate events.
